Investigate use of delegatecall/Callcode

Theory:

• Move all logic to the factory contract
• StandingOrder would basically be data storage
• All methods of StandingOrder would just delegateCall to the actual code in the factory

This could help reducing the size and cost of the individual standing orders.

Some facts:

• Deployment of current StandingOrder contract through the factory costs ~672000 gas.
• Using delegateCall will add 700 gas overhead to each call.
