[Feature Request]: Missing Animation in Card Sections.

Feature Description

The sections Name Book Categories ,New Arrivals and Top Trending Books having some card such as tech, book title 1, trending book1 and more having lack of animation effects missing such as hover effect , transition effect scaling the card and moving the card, which could enhance the user experience.

Use Case

Adding hover animations to these cards would create a more interactive and visually appealing interface.
