[Bug]: Hover effect for book categories cards and new arrival cards #430

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

The fact that there is no hover when we click on the cards which makes it not more visually appealing and also that when we click on that we dont know is it clicked or not which gives us not that up to the mark experience

Expected behavior

I could add hover effect to the card which will make a difference when its clicked giving the user better experience

I would like to work on the issue #43 - Hover effect for book categories and new arrival cards.

I have experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I believe I can implement a clean and interactive hover effect for the cards.
