[Bug]: improvement in subscribe button

[Bug]: improvement in subscribe button #594

Describe the bug

In the footer section at the bottom of the newsletter section, Subscribe button looks odd, I think we can

improve that button's UI

Expected behavior

[X] I have read the Contributing Guidelines
[X] I'm a GSSOC'24 contributor
[X] I have starred the repository
