Update Navbar and Footer Colors for Consistency and Better Visual Appeal

Feature Description

The current colors of the navbar and footer are inconsistent and visually unappealing. The navbar and footer colors clash with each other, impacting the overall look of the website. We need to update the color scheme for both to create a more cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design.

@Trisha-tech I would like to work on it. Please assign it to me under gssoc-ext and hacktoberfest.
