[Feature Request]: Adding Hower effects

Feature Description

Add a dynamic and engaging hover effect to the homepage sections to enhance user interaction. When users hover over each section, the background or content will smoothly change, providing visual feedback and drawing attention to specific areas. Possible effects include:

• Background Color Change: The section's background color transitions to a different shade or color when hovered.

• Image Zoom or Blur: Images within the section zoom in slightly or blur out to create a sense of depth.

• Text or Icon Animation: Text or icons can change color, grow in size, or slide in from the sides.

• Shadow or Border: Apply a subtle shadow or border that appears when hovering, giving the section a 3D lift effect.

Use Case

This hover effect feature would enhance use of the project by improving the user interface and user experience on the website. Specifically, it will provide visual feedback when users move their cursor over interactive elements.
