the div in edit mode is covered by the picture #296

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.take a screenshot
2.move mouse onto the edit button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the edit menu should show.but it is covered by the picture

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows xp + chrome 25.0.1364.97 m
