Your job titles are splitting on the line, it makes it hard to read and confusing
Take out the "I did" type of stuff and just make it matter of fact... one example... "I helped set-up the restaurant" could be "Responsible for assisting in daily restaurant setup"
You have a little summary for each that could almost just incorporate the bulleted info and give you a bit more space to add some projects
Projects would be like you capstone, and some homework assignments that you found fun, challenging, or you were just really proud of.
