Support url with subfolder #15

Hi,

If app is deployed in subfolder of domain name (i.e. http://example.com/velos-paris), index cannot load asset (index look at http://example.com/_next ...).

When adding config with basePath, build automatically add prefix to links (https://nextjs.org/docs/api-reference/next.config.js/basepath).

Better to have @Tristramg to verify that he can still deploy in production with this fix before merging that

Sorry for taking so long before replying…

It seems to work and breaking nothing if the variable is not set :+1:
