Assuming the build is ok;)

I launched and successfully built it on Friday with smartos-live's master build 730:

(EDIT-addition) Also building locally right now (426pmET Monday Sep 9).

I think, it would be nice to have few words about the nls somewhere.

I updated OS-8573 to mention this. It should also be on the release email.
