graceful KVM shutdown hangs with OpenBSD guest #17

Per the discussion on the illumos-discuss list:

My OpenBSD guest completely hangs after sending it the shutdown signal:

  # echo system_powerdown | nc -U /tmp/webserver.monitor

This issue was reproduced by Robert Mustacchi on an Intel setup (I'm using AMD).

This issue report was accidentally closed (I fat-fingered it).

Since I couldn't figure out how to re-open it, I just submitted another report for this issue:
