Because of the way headnodes are bootstrapped, it's possible that sdc-thoth-install will run after LDAP users have been locally created -- which in turn can lead to the useradd using a user ID that won't necessarily be preserved upon reboot. sdc-thoth should always use a fixed, low user ID when it creates the thoth user.
