Final cleanup after this repo is made public. #25

This issue tracks what needs to be done as soon as this is made public.

  1. In scripts/map.sh - Change init_script location back to raw.github.com rather than pulling from manta.
  2. Change from needing github credentials to pull down minecraft repo. That way the only account setup that needs to happen is the Joyent account.

Repo is plublic. Opened #47 to preserve that part.
