Data migration! Paths are currently:
/$User/public/minecraft/[server name]/...
But we need a place for Drew's top-level index. The obvious place for that is:
http://us-east.manta.joyent.com/$User/public/minecraft/index.html
Rather than filtering out that index (and whatever other directories we need at the top level, we should just move the servers down a level.
