The goal is to determine where students are stuck or where they give up. For a first pass, it would be great to know:

When the workshop is started for the first time by a given student.
When an exercise was started by a given student.
When a an exercise is completed by a given student.
When all exercises have been completed by a given student.

Ideally, this functionality would be implemented in rvagg/workshopper itself to be able to contribute this back upstream.
