Bump ImageMagick release to fix security issues #563

Version 6.9.9.20 -> 6.9.9.37

Version updates are more complex than just bumping a version number - at the least bmake makesum needs to be run to update the distfile checksums, and bmake stage-install to verify that PLIST needs no changes.

I updated the package manually in d79dbe5 now. Builds are suspended due to some technical issues but should resume shortly.
