2 years ago Now it has been resolved, the eval command should be done in the home directory (i think). I will leave this here as apparently i installed pkgsrc from a external drive onto the main system.
I tried to install pkgsrc using a .sh file to consdolate the process, but somehow pkgsrc is non-functional, I can't open up a man page on it, or even run the utillties for it, at this point i feel like a uninstall script would be needed because i need a fresh start
