need to be using bootstrap mode with cueball / moray-client v2 #102

We should be using the "bootstrap" / "dynamic resolver" mode with moray v2. This way we minimize the leakage of DNS requests out into public DNS and avoid a bunch of transient resolver issues.

This is probably a documentation issue with the new moray client, as well -- we should make the recommended path always be sure to use the "bootstrap" / "dynamic resolver" mode and include examples of how to set it up.
