Doc update on docker commands and features #33

Please review, make changes and merge as appropriate. Note that the related links in networks.md need to be marked up in the Cloud API docs (https://apidocs.joyent.com/cloudapi/) as part of the Cloud API doc refresh to expose the new fabric API.

The SDC Docker implementation does not support third-party registries at this time. Follow DOCKER-380 for progress updates.

@askfongjojo The issue there is specifically with quay.io. Actually are there other 3rd-party registries against which I could test, do you know?

Also, FWIW, the limitations here are with 'docker pull' and not with 'docker login'. Thoughts on the login.md page mentioning that there are some current 'docker pull' limitations and link to pull.md#divergence?
