This is a cleanup that adds support for lx-brand. Also includes:

Some general code cleanup
Refactored code for cleaning up network (dhcp leases etc) into a function
Use /etc/os-release to determine distribution
Reset provision state by removing /var/svc/provision_success (for lx-brand)
Cleanup apt cache on debian based images
