Autoattend files' AdministratorPassword do not match published ISO #5

The winsetup-2012-2016-20180927.iso file has AdministratorPassword set to test123, whereas source control has tester123, with seemingly no history of the change.

Looks like there's been a few more changes since the 20180927 publish as well.

Could an updated image be uploaded to avoid confusion and update functionality?

Im not sure Mike has the time to maintain this very important task. A lot has been going on at Joyent lately. Mike, if you're still monitoring this, please let us know. There are some other edits beyond what Joel has suggested that would be helpful. If you would like me to maintain this, with a little upfront help from you, please advise one way or another. Thanks!

@shotelco I would welcome community contributions with this and the rest of our open source software. As for generating the image that will be published by Joyent, that needs to be done by a Joyent employee. Let's get the outstanding PRs integrated, then I or someone else at Joyent will create a new winsetup.iso.

Before releasing it on downloads.joyent,com, I will be looking for verification that the new README.md can be followed with the new iso. It would be a great help if you and @joelgarboden can perform this verification.

I'm about to create a Windows Server 2019 KVM image, and update our 2019 bhyve image.

I'll see about combining and porting my 2019 bhyve gist and 2016 KVM gist to this repo as a PR.
