vmadm support for custom flow configuration #353

flowadm allows to control network bandwidth and traffic prioritisation based on several conditions. vmadm should support configuring custom flows based on these conditions (e.g. prioritize SSH traffic from VM to X, limit non-HTTPS traffic to 10mbit etc.).

Yup, I think we all agree that this would be useful. If you're willing to take a swing at it, that'd be great.
