[feature] nictagadm should also allow to add, update, delete aggr, set ip,... #556

nictagadm should probably also allow aggr's to be created, updated and deleted

Also creating vnic though nictagadm would be welcome, that would make it support all the 'network' bits that can be configured in /usbkey/config.

If I may add it would be great to have the possibility to aggregate NICs during headnode installation (instead of having to manually edit the config file after its done). Most of the server deployments I see today makes use of uplink redundancy.
