"Generate" option #145

Hi guys 👋

Is there any means of having triton-kuberenetes simply generate the Terraform expressions rather than generate and apply?

I'd really like to have a bit more control over it and I already have a my private Triton infrastructure expressed in a repo. It'd be nice if I could have triton-kubernetes generate the configuration it'd use for deployment and either spit it out to stdout or a file/collection of files.
