Reordered rancher master init scripts to increase parallelism. Tested with 2 Global Cluster Managers and a Mysql Instance. Timing test results below

Added SOURCE_REF option to allow specifying the branch/tag/commit the Terraform Modules should be downloaded from. SOURCE_REF=go-cli ./triton-kubernetes

@fayazg Hold on merging, we found a new bug when destroying the cluster manager on this branch. We're looking into it now.

@fayazg destroy bug is fixed, merge when desired.

@fayazg As part of fixing the destroy bug we where able to shave off another minute, timing updated above.
