Changes

add error message view to RootRouter
show the appropriate error message view whenever AppError is thrown by application code

Testing

did not start backend server and ensured network error popup appeared

Great work! This works with our signup flow so any errors reported by backend will be displayed in signup page. Similar can be done in edit profile when implemented.
