Added linux support to NetherSX2-builder #16

Added NetherSX2-builder linux bash script
Changed download url from Discord to AetherSX2 Archive

The builder didn't have a folder in repo files, so i added it in order to make this PR

Xdelta3 package is required to use the builder on Linux. pkg install xdelta3 - Termux sudo apt-get install xdelta3 - Ubuntu

Okay let's add it. The builder was based on an xdelta patching script I created for Life Bottle Productions fan translations, undubs and pundubs (partial undubs), so I may use this for that too

I mostly left it out of the repo because it was a heavily adapted script and the NetherSX2 devs aren't a fan of xdelta. So I had to remove it from the repo, but people can still pull the xdelta themselves from the release page, and moving forward your script will be included with the builder archive too
