There is no website for NetherSX2 website save for the github pages dedicated to it, and AetherSX2's website was taken down by Talhreth due to Nintendo winning against Yuzu
The recommended specs has always been a Snapdragon 845-equivalent device with at least four big A75 cores or better - the latter only being important if you want to have MTVU enabled - which you do since it's a HUGE performance gain in games
Minimum specs - with MTVU off - is at least 2x A75 big cores and a decent Mali Bifrost GPU or better, with Valhall preferred for it's better Vulkan and OpenGL support
This is a moving target however, since how heavy or light the emulator is down to how heavy or light the games themselves run. Some games are just badly optimized or just won't run - even on PCSX2
I would like to know the required specs in order to accomplish emulation without crashing and at 95-100% fps. (Just the Minimum specs)
The information in your website says, setup guide page:
Processor: An x86-64 compatible processor. (How many cores, what architecture/brand basing ourselves on how many MHz)? Operating System: Linux or Windows( this is for android right?) Storage: Adequate space for installed applications(20 gb minimum, one has to guess) Graphics: A compatible GPU (if required by specific applications). (What kind of GPU do you recommend, Vpower, Nvidia, Intel, Mali, Qualcomm Adreno?)
This will save frustration and time for a lot of people. Emulator is always crashing for me after 30mins-1hr running no error messages, it happens with all games, even though I'm running in open gl and at 60 v fps and 30 g fps, default settings, but I'm running it on a crappy phone, I understand it's a bad phone, and that we have to test, search information elsewhere, but your app, your work would seem more legit if the information was already posted there. That way the user will truly know what kind of device/brand/model to use in order to prevent crashes, get proper performance, this is not holding people's hands but helping them buy hardware, buy/support/donate your app, use the app, etc.
I'm running on a crappy Redmi note 12 pro, it's nothing powerful, it's just a Snapdragon, but for some reason it's crashing, as you know android is way behind compared to desktop, Linux, so maybe like 10-20% of current phones can run it. I think only a few selected models are capable of emulating ps2, we should create crash reports, enlist the models, hardwares, and post them up. But of course I understand you are more busy doing your personal life and trying to stay alive, fixing little details, and worried about how to update the emulator and make progress like the pcsx2 team. So don't mind me :D
