Added support for rf.dobrichan, as a prototype for now. The new Dobrochan uses the Vichan engine, so I created engine classes for this. The module can override them if needed.
Soyjak.party also uses vichan, so for the future - it can be redone
At the moment, /mad/ does not work, because the board uses the implementation of captcha, for which I did not find a ready-made solution, code implementation is required later
