Bump dollchan plugin version

To version 1.0-experimental-1.1 so the latest fix would be picked up by update system (apologies for not doing it right away)

@desertkun I still stick to a slightly different way of naming (but to be honest, nothing has settled yet):

• If the original extension from Mishiranu already exist, then the original version name is retained, but the name experimental-1.0 is added to it. For example, Dvach module has a version 1.43-experimental-1.1, because 1.43 is the latest version of the original module, experimental-1.1 is already our improvements
• If this is a completely new extension, which is not in the original, then just version 1.0 is installed, for example, like here

I will change the versions which are needed a little bit later when I build extensions and add to Meta
