Fix soyjak.party loading #69

Currently loads the threads JSON raw in browser for some reason. Setting a user agent seems to fix this. Also adds more file types that can be uploaded.

Update: appears to not be a perfect solution as WebMs play in the DDoS protection browser instead of the player. Not sure how to fix this.
