What

As a parent, I want to be able to request to join groups owned by other users.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Need a method to send a request, i.e. a Button?
[ ] This should be visible in the groups page when i am checking out groups made by other users.
[ ] Should it also be somewhere else in the app?
