Automatically HUP child after X number of requests #248

Interesting idea to limit the impact of bad code.

Would require the auto-hup on code change and render pipeline issues to get sorted first, or we'll get inconsistency.

This appears to be controlled by the 'harakiri' setting in psgi. Also supported by uwsgi! https://manpages.org/uwsgi_psgi
