Translate words quickly using WordReference API or whatever

It's useful for an eReader to have fast access to a translation feature for reading books in another language than ours.

I have recently became maintainer of https://github.com/hisacro/knowndict, it has supports for stardict dictionaries. My goal is since knowndict is offline we can possibly integrate to sturm reader (clicking on words will open up knowndict). It acts as a dictionary as well and usability wise reading different languages on ubports will be complete. It seems to be there's enough interest, would love to hear from the developers about it
