Not ideal, but still a workaround for Firefox:
about:config
.extensions.webextensions.restrictedDomains
.This will disable ALL extensions on the specified domain, but at least you won't need to uninstall Tronlink.

TronLink
and click the Details
button.Site access
and select On click
This will prevent injection unless you click the TronLink plugin.
