I can't reproduce this with latest version (2.1544), do you use the same version as sourcemod?

I have 2.1543. I can try updating to that and see if it goes away. Sorry, I don't understand your question about SourceMod.

TTT has 3 builds variants per build: https://csgottt.com So if you've sourcemod 1.9 you should use the sourcemod 1.9 build

I've updated to 2.1545 and it seems to be working fine. I'll re-open if the logs show that error again!

Still happens. It always happens on the first load of my server. Then it doesn't happen again while the server runs.

If it still happen again, update to the latest version and provide a newer stacktrace.

I'm having the same issue. Plugin won't load without error majority of the time when a restart or stop and start occurs. I've tried to add a start option to unload and refresh SM plugins and it will work occasionally. If not, plugins must be forced to unload and refresh manually or by map change. Server will be good as long as it doesn't stop or reboot again.

Without any debug. I've changed OnConfigsExecuted/RegisterCustomItem back to OnAllPluginsLoaded. Probably OnConfigsExecuted will be fired too fast(?)

Please update your TTT Server to latest version, if it still happens -> reopen this issue or create a new one (i would prefer a new one).
