taser damage bug #499

sourcemod; 1.10.0.6502 TTT Version: 2251

I cant disable taser damage, i checked cvars taser_disable_damage "1", taser_damage "0" taser_traitor_damage "0" but everytime someone tries to tase sb damage is always around 350 no error logs

fixed Problem was old translation files
