chore: update all examples projects to use LDtk 1.3 #188

Trouv commented 1 year ago

LDtk 1.3 recently, and I wanted to verify that we could load these projects even if we don't explicitly update the quicktype just yet. This PR does so by updating all example projects to use LDtk 1.3.
