Lots of level design changes need to happen now that Q/E gravestones are in the game, and now that salt/gravestones destroy each other. I began working on new levels with these features in mind while coding that functionality, which has been merged. I would have preferred to merge these 4 levels in separate PRs, but since they shared a branch through so many commits, the commit history got a bit dirty and it's difficult to split them now. So, here they are in one PR. I'll resume adding levels in smaller PRs from here on out.
