I haven't put too much thought into the first level since the game design changes. Since the first part of the game is now mostly just about puzzles whose main difference from normal sokoban is double movement, I figured it would be good to introduce this concept in a compelling way. This new level seems to be at least a step in that direction - thwarting traditional sokoban strategy because of the double movement restriction.
