Complete support for metadata & artifacts #47

Can add/remove metadata and artifacts.

Annotations and bookmarks are default metadata. Both are wrappers over the metadata feature.

Minor changes: Added vitest UI for testing. Updated test command to watch and open the GUI server. Added tests for metadata, artifact, annotations and bookmark handling.
