Summary

• Lots of app.go refactoring
• Added new Cosmos supply module (will coming in later for inflation)
• migrated tags to events

Note: Requires a migration with import/export. I will handle the migration to devnet after PR is approved (and beta after).

An octopus update has to happen at the same time. That PR is coming shortly. I will merge and upgrade devnet, beta too.
