README should be more clear that only the RPC endpoint is needed before docker compose up #337

We want to make the README as simple as possible. So the reader see two simple instructions.

  1. Tell us your RPC provider
  2. Run docker compose up

The immediately into chifra serve and ./scripts/run.sh chifra <cmd> examples.
