Reporting an Error #11

Hi Sergey

I got this error:

Im still new to blender so Im hoping that it wasent something silly that I've done/neglected to do.

I've also got this bug, it's stopped me going any further with the software as I can view materials but that's it. Can't import at all, so has killed it. blendamadabug

Client has a setting to change cache directory. Try to change it from default one.

Same bug for me i uninstalled for a cache directory and nothing...please more specific instructions...
