A setting to match discord nickname to minecraft nickname

It works the otherway: https://github.com/TrueMB/DiscordNotify/blob/main/src/main/resources/config.yml#L115

The Discord Name could be to long for minecraft. Also it makes no sense for me, why you would want that way
