bgm0001.smd parses badly #9

The bell sounds were being played with the trumpet, and they didn't end.

.mid is assembled the same way on my main dev system, and SynthFont doesn't issue any complaints about the file. I'm tempted to think this is an issue with pmidi, but I haven't had any problems with it in the past.

And I just noticed that MIDI 1 is being used twice, instead of a use of MIDI 11 (which is unused).
