Create a task from the Recommendation Section

The user is allowed to create a task from the recommendation section after a note is created.

Task includes,

• [ ] Editable Forms(Empty/ Prefilled) of Task on create note screen
• [ ] Remove recommended task card on cancel
• [ ] Open bottom sheet to create a task on direct create(using + icon)
• [ ] Date Time Picker
• [ ] APi Integration
• [ ] Post Add Task Card
