User can create a not from Home screen using the floating button, Home screen using the account search and Account screen. It consist of following tasks,

[ ] Create Note Screen appears with Animation
[ ] Assembling Components on the screen
[ ] Header Component
[ ] Select Account Component with Disable State support
[ ] Edit Text View
[ ] Toast to show success or error
[ ] BE Api Integration to create a note
