messageMemberAdd event defaultChannel #3

Discord has removed the defaultChannel so this should be changed. Will probably involve having a channel name in config file.

Removing needs a fix fast label and closing as this is not an issue. New default channel is the channel at the top.

Reopening this issue as the 'default channel' is only at the top when it comes to the client from what I understand. defaultChannel will be removed from Discord.js in a future version.
