Using YAML files in place of config files #8

YAML files are easier to read than JSON, and are more commonly distinguished as configuration files (popular in Symfony).

Also can be shared with PHP and JavaScript, and potentially controlled by a CMS system

As of today this is now supported in the new Config core class.
